Royal Brisbane Hospital
We were contracted to build pedestrian cover at the Royal Brisbane Hospital. The project was time sensitive, as the requirement was in relation to the establishment of a COVID-19 testing facility.
The pier footings were vacuum excavated to avoid known services.
The simple but robust design, using universal column and beams throughout, integrated seamlessly into the existing landscape.
The hot dipped galvanized frame and Colorbond roof will endure many decades.
