OUTDOOR SCHOOL FURNITURE FROM STEELPOST AND RAIL

Completed in March 2022, this courtyard, surrounding a beautiful Moreton Bay Fig Tree, was reinvigorated by Jeremy Ferrier LSA and Scapex Landscapes. The team’s involvement was direct with the school and collaboration with Scapex to deliver the finished product.
Steel Post & Rail manufactured and installed this sleek table and seating, which uses heavy duty galvanised steel finished in the renowned Dulux Silver Kinetic Pearl powdercoat. The seat and table planks are Futurewood Enviroslat in Walnut colour, all coming together beautifully with the lines of the paving.
Additional to the courtyard lunch area, Steel Post & Rail installed its tiered bench seating with back rests, at the Athletics precinct, using a maintenance free and very robust steel frame, and its Colorbond Locsteel seat plank and back rest. These seats benefit from the strength of steel but remain cool in the sun. They will not bend and fold like aluminium under high impact or vandalism, and require only a wash down for maintenance as required.
